5 Bean Salad & Dressing

Ingredients
1 can of green beans
1 can of peas
1 can of wax beans
1 can of garbanzo or lima beans
1 can of kidney beans
(1 can = 16 ounces)

1/2 cup of cauliflower
1/2 cup of celery
1/2 cup of red onion
1/2 cup of green pepper
1/4 cup chopped sweet vinegar peppers

Dressing:
1/2 cup olive oil
1 1/2 cups of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
1 cup of cider
4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1/4 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
salt and pepper, for taste

Directions
Start by draining the canned ingredients. Make sure there is no liquid and put into a salad bowl then wash all the veggies cut them in small pieces then mix them in with all the beans. 
For the dressing you’ll need a blender. If you do not have a blender then you can put all the ingredients in a small bowl and use a fork to mix them. Pour the delicious dressing over the vegetables and stir well. Taste it and add salt / pepper if needed. The salad should taste light and balanced. Cover it and refrigerate over night. (approx 10-12 hours)
